Tetsuto Nagata Joined Teikoku Pharma USA (“TPU”) as Chief Scientific Officer in November, 2009. He brings his profound experience in clinical trials of over 30 years. After the graduation from the School of Pharmacy at Kitazato University, he started his career at Lederle Japan (current Wyeth Japan), engaged in clinical trials for 20 years. While at Pfizer Japan for 10 years, he was involved in clinical trials in the Clinical Operation Department and was in charge of negotiating with regulatory authorities and clinical opinion leaders, working in the Regulatory Intelligence Department. He joined Teikoku Seiyaku, the parent company of TPU, in September, 2008, and serves as Sr. Director of R & D Development.
