Atsumu Matsushita
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Atsumu Matsushita became the Vice President of Corporate Finance and General Affairs in October 2004. Prior to joining Teikoku Pharma USA (TPU) in October 2000 as Accounting Manager, he worked for TPU's parent company — Teikoku Seiyaku Company (TSC) — in Japan. During 14 years at TSC, he held various positions of increasing responsibility, starting as a sales representative and eventually becoming Deputy Manager of Accounting. Mr. Matsushita received his bachelor's degree in economics from Kokugakuin University in Tokyo, Japan.
