Teikoku Pharma USA (TPU)announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Travanti Pharma in Mendota Heights, MN, has been merged into TPU. Prior to the merger, Travanti Pharma sold its IontoPatch® business to The Tapemark Company in West St. Paul, MN, which will continue the business and market it under the Travanti Medical brand.
